Humboldt County Public Health and other approved local vaccinators have issued a total of 49,378 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine as of Tuesday, March 23.
The Vaccine Data section of the Humboldt County Data Dashboard has been updated. Some highlights include:
- 18,804 Humboldt County residents have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, representing 13.8% of the county’s total population and 16.7% of the population over the age of 16 who are currently eligible for vaccination.
- About 1 in 4 or 23.4% of county residents have received at least one dose of the vaccine, which means they have little protection against the virus.
- .3 75. %% population. People aged 75 and over are given the full vaccine, and those aged 65 to 74 are fully vaccinated.5 28..5%.

Humboldt County today reported six new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of county residents who tested positive for the virus to 3,432.
