I don’t mean that the good name of this blog is highly criticized with U.S. election content, but if you’re wondering, this is the result when we find out right now (Georgia will be called to the U.S. on Thursday night – if If Biden manages to leave Trump’s narrow margin behind, we may have a winner):
Five states are still called: Alaska, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina and Pennsylvania. Several news organizations, including the Associated Press and Fox News’ decision desk, have called for Arizona for BD. The Trump campaign is arguing, however, that the call was made too early.
Alaska Will end up in the Republican column with near certainty.
The race is very tight Georgia, And can be called on Thursday night. By 11 p.m., Trump was leading by just 1,902 votes, meaning both candidates were virtually bound in the state, 49.4% each. An estimated 16,000 votes were left for the count.
The Democratic Challenger is ahead Nevada, Only the postal ballot is left at the end with the Democratic instinct. But by state law, ballots postmarked on election day can be counted until 5pm on November 10, which means counting in the state will continue until the end of the week.
In North CarolinaWhile Trump is a clear favorite, the state is accepting postal ballots until November 12 – although that is expected to make a difference.
Even at 11 p.m., there were about 250,000 ballots left Pennsylvania, Where Biden is just 49,000 votes behind. He is winning the mail-in ballot count by a huge margin, and will be able to take the state pretty well. Pennsylvania officials say they expect a majority vote count by Friday.
