Antonio Nariño, Barrios Unidos, Chapinero, La Candelaria, Los Mártires, Santa Fe, Sumapaz and Tunjuelito are the towns that, for the moment, will not have a strict confinement in the city.
The measures with which the administration of Claudia Lopez seeks to mitigate the soaring spread of COVID-19 which has been registered in recent days, as well as the high occupancy of ICU beds dedicated to these patients (which woke up on Tuesday with 93.5%).
One of the main announcements that were made this Tuesday is that the city will return to a strict quarantine from 8:00 p.m. on Friday, January 15, until 4:00 a.m. on Monday, January 18. In the same way, the president announced that six localities (Bosa, Ciudad Bolívar, Rafael Uribe, Puente Aranda, San Cristóbal and Usme) will enter a period of confinement that will go from January 18 at four in the morning until 11 : 59 p.m. Thursday, January 28.

Remember that this week six other towns of Bogota They go through their quarantine cycle. Thus, the confinement in Suba, Engativá and Usaquén goes until January 17 until 11:59 p.m., while Kennedy, Engativá and Fontibón will go until January 21 at 11:59 p.m.
Taking into account the above, only eight of the 20 towns that Bogotá has are not and will not be in confinement, these are Antonio Nariño, Barrios Unidos, Chapinero, La Candelaria, Los Mártires, Santa Fe, Sumapaz and Tunjuelito.
In these places there will be no restrictions on mobility, as the curfew will also be lifted (which runs from eight at night to five in the morning) throughout the city. Keep in mind that people who live in one of these localities, but who work or have to do some errand in one of those that are confined, will not be able to move to them, unless there are some exceptions.

However, it must be remembered that the peak and cedula and the peak and plate continue throughout the city. In both cases, the restriction applies even days for citizens whose ID ends in an even number, and odd days for those with an odd ID.
The Prohibition Law, which is another of the measures announced by the District, will not govern in the localities that are not confined, in which, yes, the sale and consumption of intoxicating beverages in establishments and public places will be prohibited.
But the message cannot be misinterpreted, not being in quarantine does not translate into lowering your guard with self-care, since the virus remains and, if all these restrictive announcements are being made, it is because carelessness reigned in December.
