Nine people were injured after a truck rammed them on the Malecón in the Primero de Mayo neighborhood of San Alberto (Cesar), as confirmed by Vanguardia. Six of the victims are minors.
Likewise, it was established that the events were presented this Saturday at 8:40 p.m. Diomedes Pabón, the 21-year-old driver, would have lost control of the vehicle, a Toyota Hilux.

The aforementioned media released the list of victims, who are in the process of recovery:
- Néstor Julio Garcia (35): trauma to the right tibia and fibula.
- Juliet Portilla Mendoza (35): septum and knee fracture.
- Lina Rocio Villamizar (31): blow to the right forearm.
- Under 8 years: bruises on the front.
- Under 12 years: contusion and edema on the right ankle.
- Under 6 years: wound on the front of his face.
- Under 17 years: deviation of the lower jaw.
- Less than 3 years: minor lacerations in his upper and lower extremities.
- Less than 4 years: head trauma; he was referred to Bucaramanga.
Caracol News revealed that Pabón’s breathalyzer test came back negative, but the young man did not have a driver’s license.
The driver, who came from the village of Guaduas, was heading to the La Pedregosa district, located in Norte de Santander.
