Claudia López, mayor of Bogotá, made headlines during the course of the day after announcing the guidelines with which a future vaccination plan against covid-19 could be carried out in the city.
However, in the afternoon this Friday the president published an image on her Twitter account with which she announced that his mother is ill.
“Of all the trials life has put me this year, having my mother sick is the most difficult“, the president wrote.
The publication is accompanied by a photograph in which López appears accompanying his mother in the facilities of a medical center.
They both wear masks.

“With all the care, he will surely succeed (…) God give me strength and wisdom,” he concluded.
