CNN’s Brian Stelter claims there are no anti-Trump news outlets, but the coverage of his network suggests otherwise

CNN’s media guru Brian Stelter stated on Sunday that there are right-wing media outlets whose sole purpose is to plead with Joe Biden for the 2020 election and that there are no such outlets doing the same to President Trump.

At the last installment of his media-centric show “Reliable Sources,” Stelter slammed the comments made by prominent conservatives such as Rush Limbaugh, Ben Shapiro and Mark Levin, all of which focus on the presumptive Democratic-nominated mental fitness.

Stelter called her attacks “offensive” and “extreme.”

During a panel discussion on Monday, Stelter ruled “negative partisanship” that he was “getting worse” in right-wing media, saying such companies “actually exist to oust Joe Biden.”

“Is there an equivalent to the left that is destroying Trump?” Stelter asked.

“There really is not,” replied panelist Errin Haines.

Critics stepped on Stelter, widely known as the ‘hall monitor’ of the media, for appearing to have a blind spot against his own network colleagues – many of whom have expressed the same vitriolic rhetoric about Trump.

Some of CNN’s most outspoken attacks on the president come from his primetime lineup, despite the network’s insistence that they are all objective news programs.

Anderson Cooper, who was honored to moderate one of the presidential debates in 2016, has repeatedly mocked Trump’s physical appearance, calling him a “little man despite his size and size” and often feeling the need to draw attention to the president’s “orange” skin tone. He also called himself “racist”, a “thug” and “dictator interesting.”

Chris Cuomo, the younger brother of the New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, often referring to the president in his nightly monologues, suggests that Trump “does not care” about the country. During a heated exchange with a Trump supporter, Cuomo said the president “mocks” Christianity, “does not practice humanity,” “does not practice decency,” “does not like mercy,” and that he is “intentionally awkward.” . “

Cuomo recently suggested that President Trump was responsible for the death of former presidential candidate Herman Cain, who had attended the Tulsa rally in June, although it was never proven that he carried the coronavirus at the event.

Don Lemon, who was one of the first leading anchors to openly call Trump a “racist,” accused the president of “contributing” to the environment that led to the death of George Floyd. Lemon also called Trump a “fraud” and a “conman” and claimed that “we are teasing a dictatorship” after the president threatened to deploy military troops to stifle violence in major cities.

The “CNN Tonight” anchor went viral earlier this year for hysterical laughter, while its panelists mocked Trump supporters as illiterate “credulous rubes.”

CNN’s Jake Tapper, widely regarded as the network’s most respected newsman, makes little effort to conceal his hostility toward the president. The anchor routinely strikes at Trump’s leadership, particularly during the coronavirus outbreak, saying last month “his refusal to lead has a body image.”

The “State of the Union” anchor raised eyebrows when he retweeted anti-Trump critic George Conway, who called the president “100 percent crazy.”

Tapper has allowed guests on his show to use hyperbolic language without a doubt, such as how Trump “radicalized” more people than ISIS. He has admitted that he knowingly did not control others who make false claims about the president like when Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, DN.Y., said Trump even called the coronavirus a “hoax.”

Tapper’s colleague Brooke Baldwin similarly let a guest call Trump the “terrorist-in-chief”.

While Baldwin simply does not care about name-calling like Cooper and Lemon, she often shakes the president for proven wrongdoing. Baldwin claimed that Trump is ‘afraid’ of women ‘who speak out, who use their voice, who have opinions’ in response to him calling his female critics ‘disgusting’. They read Trump about a joke he made on Twitter at the expense of failed 2020 Democratic candidate Rep Seth Moulton, and sarcastically accused the sharp drip in the DOW of his withdrawal from the presidential race instead of the trade war with China .

She also slammed Trump on the subject of gun control, saying he and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., Simply did not “get it,” as sen. Kirsten Gillibrand did in an interview with the New York Democrat.

Several other CNN personalities have kept their contempt for Trump a secret. Anchor Jim Sciutto has entered the anti-Trump book biz with “The Madman Theory: Trump Takes On the World”, which is described on Amazon as “the definitive takeover of Trump’s disastrous legacy across the globe, and shows how his proklivity for chaos is a world that is more unstable, violent and impoverished than ever before. “

CNN’s star anti-Trump reporter Jim Acosta has become a household name for his aggressive, hyper-editorial questions for the president and the White House. From accusing the president of ‘authoritarian tendencies’ to allegations that Trump calls the coronavirus “foreign” is “foreign smacking.”

Perhaps, however, the biggest anti-Trump critic of CNN is Stelter himself.

Stelter, who suggested that the question of Biden’s mental health is unfair, seems to believe that Trump’s mental health is a fair game, and asked in 2017 “Is the President of the United States a racist? Does he suffer from any illness? Is he fit for office? And if he is unfit, what then? ”

The host “Reliable Sources” compared Trump’s handling of the coronavirus outbreak with the Chernobyl disaster and called it a “9/11 level of the federal government.” He also suggested that the Trump administration’s decision to skip the White House Correspondents’ Dinner was an “attack” on the media and accused Trump of “poisoning the American people.” because he hit the press regularly. He even had a guest compare the president to Hitler without pushback.

Stelter, the first-time winner of the viral “Liberal Hack Tournament”, banished Biden’s most recent gaff round while defending the Democrat against right-wing critics.

“I’m not here to claim Joe Biden perfectly,” the host ‘Reliable Sources’ told a panel. “He screwed up a few times in an interview with underage journalists … but I’m here to say that Joe Biden is not invalid!”

When he’s not defending Biden, Stelter often ignores important media stories on his media show such as the proven ABCup cover of the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.
