Chrissy Teigen and John Legend have brought their Beverly Hills, California home to the market for $ 23.95 million, Katherine Clarke reported for The Wall Street Journal.
The modern 8,520-square-foot home features floor-to-ceiling windows, a heated saltwater bath and jacuzzi, and a parlor entrance with 33-foot ceilings.
The famous couple, who bought the Beverly Hills road for $ 14 million in 2015, are selling it because Teigen, a cookbook author, former model and reality TV actress, is pregnant with her third child and the family more space is needed, Legend told the Journal.
The Grammy Award-winning singer and Teigen are not the first celebrities to live in the house. It once belonged to Rihanna, the richest female musician in the world, who was the rapper net a fan of the house.
After jumping between two more buyers and undergoing a bowel renovation, the house became a home base for Teigen, Legend, and her family – at least, until now.
