“I’ll have to put on more size than before, even more than I put on for Thor,” Chris said.

While Chris hopes to transform into the Hulk, he said the movie has “a long way to go” before production begins, as he hasn’t seen a script yet.

Earlier this year, the world of wrestling reacted with anger after it was revealed that the Australian star he will be portraying will portray the ’80s icon in the upcoming Netflix biopic.

Wrestling commentator Bryan Alvarez, 43, said Chris was not fond enough to play Hogan, and that he thought the actor was “regular size”.

Bryan, a semi-retired professional wrestler, said: “Chris Hemsworth looks like a normal guy” and commented that he had a body type similar to that of Brad Pitt in the 2004 film Troy.

‘He’s big, and yes, he has long blonde hair, but … have you seen the Hulk Hogan in the 80s? He’s at least twice the size of Thor, ‘he continued.

In June, Chris told Popsugar that he frankly talked about the exhausting process of gaining muscle and losing fat to play Thor in the upcoming Marvel movie Thor: Love and Thunder.

“ I gained a lot of weight, I gained about 20 pounds at one point. It was purely eating, eating, eating, working out, and exercising, trying to sleep as much as you can, that’s the other third of the equation, ” he said.

Of his strict diet, Chris said he ate: “Chicken breasts and protein shakes, boiled chicken … clean meats, the right carbs. Sick things.
