Some weeks ago Daniel Fuenzalida made known the delicate state of health that his mother is going through, Maria Teresa Ferdinand, who is in an induced coma and connected to a ventilator due to the coronavirus.

In this context, the animator returned to his program Me late on TV +, hinting that it has served to “distract his mind.”

In conversation with Las Últimas Noticias, Fuenzalida said that her mother’s state of health continues to be careful.

“Sometimes there are better days, others bad. The information is once a day, and one cannot physically go to the clinic, so this situation is different, and one feels very bad, hands tied, “he said.

That is why he himself made the decision to return to work and continue with his daily routine, waiting for María Teresa to show signs of improvement.

“I returned this Monday to Me late then I plan to go back to the radio. (I came back) to thank the people and because my dad asked me, who is in quarantine after my mom. From that point of view I thought he is already 80 ″, he pointed out.

To that he added that: “She would not have allowed me so much relaxation and told me I had to be on the show.”

Finally, the animator acknowledged that these days in his program have helped him to disconnect in part from what happens in the hospital.

“It is something therapeutic because it takes you out of the context of the last month, which is purely medical: coronavirus, mom, ICU, mechanical ventilation. So it is therapeutic to the extent that one does something else. It helps me to cleanse my energies and the therapeutic has to do with good energies for me. Those of the people on the channel, the public, the good vibes ”, he concluded.
