Through a video on Instagram, the same platform on which the questioned image was uploaded yesterday from Cachagua, assured that “I never ever thought that the photo I uploaded was going to generate such a stir.”

He also explained how the photograph was created: “I was walking on the beach and I saw a public figure and I said: ‘now, this is mine’ and I kind of got nervous, so I forgot to put on the mask and at the same time demand it “, said.

However, he remarked that despite occasional forgetfulness, he always uses a mask “and I go with alcohol gel, (which) is very important. The photo was a mistake, but the use of a mask is very important, please do it ”.

Despite the apologies, the truth is that the Medical College came out to reproach what happened and remarked that the President’s attitude is a contradictory sign that generates concern.
