Woman found tied up in Pudahuel irrigation canal was wanted for alleged kidnapping

Tied up and hurt A 23-year-old woman was found in an irrigation canal in the commune of Pudahuel. The young woman was missing and there was even a complaint for alleged misfortune under suspicion of a kidnapping.
The discovery was made by a group of neighbors who circulated through the The Novitiate Way, who took the woman to a health center.
At first the case was adopted by the Carabineros. Lieutenant Patricio Castillo noted that the woman had sus ankles and knees tied with duct tape and she was also half-naked.
Along with this, it indicated that on October 12 a complaint of alleged misfortune was filed at the 59th Lampa Police Station for kidnapping of the woman.
Finally, the case was handled by the PDI by order of the Western Prosecutor’s Office. The woman is out of life risk in a healthcare center.
This is the second case in a week at El Noviciado, after a man was found in a garbage bag on Monday. He was deceased and with a head injury.
