This Friday ends the third date of the South American qualifiers for the Qatar 2022 World Cup with the match between Brazil and Venezuela.
However, all the other games have already been played, so the panorama begins to take shape after the third day.
For now the big surprise was the victory of Uruguay, that in the first two dates he had left more doubts than certainties, and that now he beat Colombia 0-3 in the Metropolitan of Barranquilla.
While, Ecuador beat Bolivia in La Paz by 2-3 and continues to play at a high level.
Another result that few expected was the Argentina draw at home against Paraguay, that he played a great game and complicated the team led by Lionel Messi more than necessary.
With Chile’s 2-0 victory over Peru, plus the outcome of the match between Brazil and Venezuela (for now Brazil wins) the table is set.
At the moment the table looks like this (according to points and goal difference):
Brazil 9 (+8)
Argentina 7 (+2)
Ecuador 6 (+2)
Uruguay 6 (+2)
Paraguay 5 (+1)
Chile 4 (+1)
Colombia 4 (0)
Peru 1 (-4)
Venezuela 0 (-5)
Bolivia 0 (-7)
