Meanwhile, in the case of communes that are in the phase of Preparation, Initial Opening and Advanced Opening, it will not be necessary to request permission, except in the case that it is to enter for “once” to communes in Transition.
What is the maximum capacity when families meet in communes without quarantine?
Will be allowed meetings of a maximum of 5 people -in addition to those living in the home- in private spaces (private residences) and 10 people in total in open public spaces (parks, squares, passages, etc.).
Can meetings be held in quarantined communes?
No. In quarantined communes, only the family that lives in that home can celebrate.

Can the health authority enter houses to inspect?
Commander Velásquez reported that the health authority does have legal powers to enter homes to monitor that the measures provided for these National Holidays are met.
“An inspector can arrive and if the person refuses to be inspected, (the official) can request the help of the public force, prior special resolution of the competent authority, “said the officer.
“During the last days the rule has been in question, but in this case the Sanitary Code is effectively imposed“, he clarified.
Can people move to another region?
Commander Velásquez indicated that It is forbidden to move to the second home or to another region, either during the day or the entire weekend. The exceptions are “moving, funeral procedures or medical treatment.”
The officer recalled that from 6:00 p.m. on Thursday and on Sunday at 11:00 p.m. there will be sanitary cords in the Valparaíso region, the Metropolitan region, at Great conception and in Temuco and Father Las Casas. To cross the laces “Individual safe-conduct or unique collective permission is required”, he specified.
What time does curfew start and when does it end?
During the days 18, 19 and 20 of September the curfew will be advanced two hours, so that It will start at 9:00 p.m. and will run until 5 a.m. the next day.
