Di Mondo began helping her husband, getting involved in business and proposing new sales strategies, currently being the head of operations.
“The first publicity we did was in early May for ten days. We spent $ 400 and that generated $ 47,000 in sales. Maybe it was not much for what the company was selling, but the proportion was huge,” he said.
Later, he came up with a heavily discounted sale. “There was a lot of resistance to the idea from almost everyone in his office, but we did it anyway. We invested $ 1,200 in advertising and in three days we sold half a million dollars. It was unheard of!” He said.
Likewise, he indicated that he had to adapt to the routine of an office job, something he is doing for the first time.
“We literally worked like dogs with Eric and the whole team. For almost two months we would come to the office at 6:30 AM and stay overnight, but I don’t mind because I love the entrepreneurial role,” he said.
In this sense, the fashionista stated that “throughout my life I have learned many things that have helped me face this challenge. One cannot freeze before a problem, on the contrary you have to absorb it, analyze it and react. Readapting is key in a world. “
