Valparaíso: they raffle a huge restored house of 467 square meters for 10 thousand pesos

A huge 467-square-meter house that was restored in 2016 located on the Mariposa hill in Valparaíso is being subjected to a particular raffle. For 10 thousand pesos you can buy tickets to acquire said property.

It is the so-called “Casa Lastra”, which for almost two and a half years after its remodeling in 2016 functioned as a hostel, but after the social outbreak of October last year and the effects of the pandemic, it stopped receiving guests.

“We made the decision to sell the property, but through a lottery, where each one will be able to buy a ticket for 10,000 pesos and in this way they can win a property that has a commercial value of 380 million pesos. In addition , we are going to have other minor prizes that are going to be in cash, “says the owner of the house, Ángel Naranjo, through a promotional video broadcast on social networks.

The property is located in Lastra 1998, Valparaíso, it has 2 commercial premises on the first floor, 11 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a reception and an equipped kitchen on the second floor, while on the third it has a terrace of 100 square meters with a barbecue and panoramic views of a large part of the city.
