In conversation with Las Últimas Noticias, the professional revealed that Valencia is undergoing psychological treatment and denied that there was a player’s debt for alimony.

“I want to be emphatic in pointing out that there is no debt for alimony. In September 2013, the parties agreed, in mediation, to alimony only in favor of the eldest son ”, he clarified.

On the other hand, Sánchez explained that his client is sorry for the way he expressed himself in those controversial WhatsApp audios that he sent to his ex-partner, audios that were released by the young woman herself on social networks.

“While those audios are absolutely out of context, my client is clear that the form was not correct. It is striking that Valeria has not provided the press with the complete conversation in order to also know her position during that conversation, since it is due to discussions that unfortunately rise to the level due to the family conflict ”, he said.

Currently, Leonardo Valencia is in psychological treatment, like in 2015 when he defended the colors of Palestino.

“My client is currently in psychological treatment given all the media exposure not only of his person, but also of his children publicly involved in such a complex and delicate issue ”, he revealed.

“As expected, he is very affected by the statements made in the media by Valeria, who was his partner for more than eight years, but he is being supported by his family, his psychologist and very focused on his work,” he added.

Finally, the lawyer clarified that Valencia wants to stay in Colo Colo. “He’s very psyched to get over this episode and get back to performing his best for the club.”
