VTR users report massive drop in internet, telephony and cable television services in hours this afternoon.
Through social networks, users announced a new fall, which is recorded by second consecutive day, mainly in the city of Santiago.
Following the viralization of the complaints, the Undersecretariat of Telecommunications reported that it was collecting more information on the interruption of services.
The company through its Twitter account @VTRSoporte reported that “We communicate to our clients that there is a drop in service in some sectors of Las Condes, Lo Barnechea, Vitacura and Ñuñoa. Our technical team is working to solve it as soon as possible, we will be informing by this means “.
