This Sunday, the Valparaíso Health Seremi, Francisco Álvarez, indicated that Unión La Calera stops all its sports activities due to a series of confirmed and to be confirmed cases of Covid-19.
“An outbreak is confirmed in Unión La Calera where there are three confirmed cases, six probable and eleven close contacts, this is the result of the investigations that we have carried out up to this moment”, stated the statesman in conversation with DNA.
Adding that “these people are in isolation and in good condition.”
Álvaréz also reported that “all sports activities in this club were self-suspended and we have already communicated with the ANFP and the Seremi de Deportes.”
Unión La Calera’s next scheduled match is against Cobresal in El Salvador on Friday, December 18.
