The UC Christus Health Network announced that he removed from his duties a worker from the San Carlos de Apoquindo Clinic who celebrated his birthday in the middle of the pandemic context and uploaded it to social networks.

The situation quickly went viral on different social networks, where the images that the same official uploaded to her profile have been disseminated.
Through a statement, the health network assured that the woman works occasionally in the aforementioned clinic and that she was removed from her duties while what happened was clarified, adding that the professional is not hired.

Along with this, the institution declared that the worker complied with the sanitary measure on meetings of people in the Preparation phase, since she lives in a commune that is in this stage.
“The affected party points out that the publication she made on social networks corresponds to the celebration of her birthday, to which about 15 guests attended plus the five people who live in his home, and that the meeting was held on the terrace of his house ”, he assured.
According to the website of the Step by Step plan, in Preparation social events of 25 people can be held in closed places and 50 in open places.
