A robbery with homicide was registered this Thursday night in the Providencia commune, a situation for which two people were arrested.
Specifically, the tragic event was recorded in the intersection of Providencia avenue with Miguel Claro street, near the Torres de Tajamar.
According to information from Radio Bío Bío, the victim would have resisted the robbery that the defendants were seeking to specify, at which point – it is presumed – was stabbed dying moments later in a healthcare facility.
Likewise, those apprehended were transferred until 19 Providencia Police Station.
Due to the rigorous police procedure, Carabineros personnel closed two tracks from Providencia avenue to the west.
Finally, it was indicated that the prosecutor Marcelo Mirando went to the site of the event, to gather more information about what happened.
