The story tells the life of Kenga, a seagull poisoned by an oil slick, who manages to entrust his egg to cat Zorbas just before dying, obtaining from him three promises: not to eat the egg, take care of it until it opens and teach the newborn to fly.
The orphaned seagull is baptized with the name of Fortunate and you must learn to grow without believing that it is a cat to learn to fly.
