The president of United States, Donald Trump said Sunday that he “learned a lot about covid” by “actually going to school” while fighting the virus in hospital.
“I learned a lot about covid, I learned it by actually going to school,” Trump said in a video posted on Twitter.
“This is the royal school. This is not the ‘let’s read books’ school, and I understand it, and I understand it, and it is something very interesting. ”
Shortly after sharing the video, Trump left Walter Reed Hospital outside of Washington for a surprise visit to supporters gathered outside the facility.
Seen with a mask waving to the crowd, in video images shown in the US media and widely shared on social networks, before returning to the hospital.
