US President Donald Trump has demanded this Sunday that his rival in the presidential elections on November 3, Democrat Joe Biden, undergo an analysis in search of possible drugs before the debate that will face them next Tuesday.

“I will strongly demand that Joe ‘Sleepy’ Biden undergo a drug test before or after the debate on Tuesday night. Naturally, I agree to do so as well. His performances on deebatics have been very uneven, for Put it tepidly. Could only drugs be the cause of this discrepancy ??? “Trump posted on Twitter.

Trump has repeatedly questioned Biden about his age and alertness, and has even suggested that he may have senile dementia. It is not the first time that Trump has hinted that Biden has medicated himself to improve his interventions.

Tuesday is the first debate between the two candidates in a White House race in which Biden is the favorite according to polls. The latest study, published this Sunday by ABC and ‘The Washington Post’ places Biden ten points ahead of Trump (54-44 percent), but the Democrats are not confident, since in 2016 Hillary Clinton also led Trump in polls, but was ultimately defeated.

The study lowers the distance to six points (49-43 percent) when including candidates from minority parties, the Libertarian Party and the Green Party. Trump’s approval stands at 44 percent and 52 percent of voters support the current president’s economic management.

Biden is still the best valued man for managing the economy (51-40 percent) and 59 percent of voters who do not support Trump say his re-election would create a crisis for the country. 50 percent of voters who do not support Biden believe his victory would spell crisis for the United States.

As for the chances of overturning, they are supposedly low. Only six percent of voters who do not support Trump would consider doing so, while 5 percent of voters who do not support Biden would consider voting for the Democratic candidate.

50 percent plan to vote by mail or early, compared to 46 percent who prefer to vote in person. Among the first, Biden is the first option (67-31 percent), while among those who will go in person, Trump is the clear favorite (58-39 percent).
