Three new deaths from covid-19 registered the Bío Bío region during the last day, while the health authority reported 234 new cases in the area.

Due to the above, the region reached a total of 232 deaths due to the virus, also reaching a total of 18,569 confirmed infections to date.

The seremi of Health, Héctor Muñoz, pointed out that regarding active cases, the list is led by Concepción, followed by Talcahuano, Hualpén, San Pedro de la Paz and Chiguayante; among other.


For his part, the head of National Defense in Bío Bío, Rear Admiral Carlos Huber, indicated that during the day on Friday, 1,230 audits within the framework of the curfew, registering 90 detainees for not having authorization to move.
