Considering the problems caused by the Covid-19 that affects the country, this time, a exception for private use vehicles of health personnel that works in public or private establishments, and that have emergency services.

Measure daily involves 220 thousand cars registered before September 2011equivalent to 10 percent of the automotive fleet in the Metropolitan Region. Compliance with the measure will be supervised by police and inspectors from the Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications in person and through the 459 Chambers that are distributed in 20 axes in the region.
For this rule, police, emergency vehicles, school vans, ambulances, gas, electric or hybrid vehicles, garbage collection, taxis, diplomatic vehicles, mortuary cars and others are released from restriction.
