Carabineros surprised more than 100 people in a private area with a pool, in the San Fernando district, exceeding the capacity according to phase 3 -preparation- of the “Step by step” plan, which allows social and recreational events with a maximum of 50 people in open spaces.
The fact was denounced by residents of the town of Rome, so police officers were established in the compound “Doña Gloria”.
“They noticed the presence of several vehicles parked outside an establishment, which corresponds to a private pool, where there are entrance fee, place where more than 100 people were, crossing the capacity limitation, “explained the prosecutor Carmen Aburto.
For this reason, the administrator of the compound was arrested, identified as Eugenio Calderón, who will be transferred to detention control this Saturday and formalized in the San Fernando Guarantee Court by endanger public health.
