The Investigative Police investigates the murder of a street vendor in the commune of Estación Central, in the Metropolitan region.

The situation occurred on Thursday afternoon and, according to preliminary information, it occurred when the victim, who was approximately 40 years old, was selling products on Calle San Francisco de Borja, at the height of 180.

In the place, would have had an argument with a car sitter, who extracted a sharp weapon from his clothes, attacking the merchant, detailed the deputy commissioner Jessica Jerez of the Metropolitan Homicide Brigade.

After the attack, the victim, who would be a foreign national, he had to be rushed to the San Juan de Dios Hospital, compound where he died minutes later.

Jerez confirmed the arrest of a man who would be the material author of the attack. In parallel, the Homicide Brigade of the PDI carries out the procedures to clarify the fact.
