They indict a campsite manager for a health crime who allowed 140 people to enter a New Year’s walk

The Calama Guarantee Court decreed the precautionary measure of national roots of the person identified with the initials PISC, who was charged by the Public Ministry as the perpetrator of the consummate crime of endangering public health, after allowing the entry of 140 people to a well-known campsite located in the Chiu Chiu sector.

At the formalization hearing, the northern magistrate Claudio Alvarado decreed the measure requested by the Calama Prosecutor’s Office, considering it proportional for the purposes of the procedure.

In addition, it set the term of the investigation at 60 days.

According to the persecuting entity, PISC, in charge of the “Entre Rios” campsite, located in plot number 1, site number 6, in the Chiu Chiu sector of Calama, in the afternoon of last Friday allowed the entry of about one hundred and forty people, both in the cabins and camping sectors.

In this way, the prosecution stressed, the defendant exceeded the maximum capacity allowed by the health authority that assigned her to the compound, less than 30 people, so the defendant was arrested.
