This Saturday morning was found the body of Miguel Ángel Pérez Provoste, the 71-year-old man who disappeared on Friday after falling from a kayak he occupied with two of his children in the Avendaño de Quillón lagoon.
The finding was made by the team of tactical divers from the Gersa de Bomberos de Concepción, who managed to locate the man from the regional capital to 16 meters deep.
At the end of this edition, the body of the lagoon, which was referred to the Legal Medical Service of Chillán.
From the Public Ministry they affirmed that the investigation of this fact will continue with the rigorous autopsy.
This day, relatives of the man arrived early to the lagoon to observe the search work.
In these tasks also participated teams from Gersa de Quillón, Coihueco and the GOPE de Carabineros.
