They decreed preventive prison for a man who raped his mother in Las Condes

In preventive detention, the man accused of raping his 80-year-old mother yesterday while they were at his home in the Las Condes commune was left. As detailed by the Prosecutor (s) Jorge García, the 4th Guarantee Court accepted the request of the Prosecutor’s Office of East Fragrance to impose the precautionary measure on the accused, considering him a danger to the victim and society.
