This Thursday will be formalized a 28 year old individual accused of the violation of an adolescent and also of another crime of robbery with intimidation against an adult.
This is a Colombian citizen who was investigated by the PDI Sex Crimes Brigade, who was apprehended yesterday at Quinta Normal.
The events for which he is being investigated occurred in 2019. The first of them occurred in February, when he would have offered juice to a 16-year-old girl, to drug her and thus rape her.
After that, in July of the same year, he was expelled from the country after being convicted of the crime of robbery with intimidation. However, he quickly returned to the country through an unauthorized passage.
This is how in October 2019 he would have committed the crime of robbery with rape against a woman of legal age.
After a long investigative work, the individual was identified despite the fact that his physical appearance had changed.
Commissioner Marisela Silva explained that the individual had approached the victims during the night in the middle of a public road.
He added that the detainee, nicknamed “El Lágrima”, constantly changed address to prevent their capture.
