Spotify revealed who are the most listened artists of their platforms on video game consoles, where they stand out Lil Uzi Vert, Bad bunny and Billie eilish.
In addition, the soundtracks they listened to the most, from March 16 to April 12, are those of three extremely popular titles: Minecraft, Doom and Death Stranding: Timefall.
During the month of March Spotify discovered that gamers they played a lot of music from their consoles. For the same reason, the application summed up the trends of listening to games related to the most popular artists, songs and genres from video game consoles.
Some data they managed to collect are that there was a 41% increase in listening to video game playlists; also that users changed the time of day in which they play from their consoles, with a 18% increase in the morning, from 06:00 to 09:00, and a 10% increase from 9 am to noon.
Among the songs most listened to by gamers we find “The Box”, by Roddy Ricch, and Blueberry Faygoby Lil Mosey.
