The independent deputy of the Left, René Alinco, explained to BioBioChile the 0.44 seconds that he adds in the “I approve”, which was broadcast for the first time this Friday as part of the television propaganda for the Plebiscite on October 25.

“We get something, where we are doing, through that image flash, an invitation to people to register on our page, so that they can give their opinion from there ”, said the parliamentarian.

“In the end, we created a website that is going to be called 0.44.cl. On that page I go out giving opinions and inviting people to vote I approve. Some publicists called me and we worked on this idea with them ”, he added.

“This fraction of less than a second shows the discrimination that exists in Chile, not only in the political world but at all levels”, questioned Alinco.

On social media, Alinco’s advertising has generated a stir.
