The Brazilian press reported millionaire spending by the government of Jair Bolsonaro on condensed milk. According to reports, 2.7 million dollars were spent throughout 2020. That news did not suit President Jair Bolsonaro at all, who responded with harsh insults to journalists in that country.

The video was published on Telegram by an adviser to the president, where the president’s words are evident. The insults were endorsed and even applauded by those present, including ministers and government advisers.
The Metropoles portal was the one who released the information, where the Ministry of Defense was the one who incurred most of the expenses. From the government portfolio they went on to clarify that the expenses have to do with a “balanced” diet for the members of the Armed Forces.
President Bolsonaro is once again embroiled in attacks on the press. The NGO Reporters Without Borders counted 580 insults or disqualifications to journalists and the media carried out by Bolsonaro himself and his environment through social networks.
