This Monday the Judicial Power announced, through its Department of Informatics, that from this Thursday, December 10, the Easy Procedure will be available on its website for the caution of funds in the framework of the second AFP withdrawal, on the occasion of the payment of alimony. In this same procedure, the request for subrogation will be processed.
As indicated, to carry out the procedure you must enter tramitefacil.pjud.cl. In this website, interested parties will find a button that says “Judicial retention of the withdrawal of the second 10% of the AFPs”. When you click, a form will be displayed with the basic data of the applicant, the defendant and the case.
This procedure can be carried out only after the publication of the law, that is, on December 10, by means of a Unique Code or valid identity card.
After entering the form, the court will begin the processing of the request, which involves, as a first resolution, the custody of the defendant’s funds until the court generates the settlement and completes the request by means of a payment order.
To expedite the work of the courts and unlike the first withdrawal, The plaintiffs will have the possibility of submitting a single document requesting judicial retention.
