So is. As established by the Spanish health authority, between 6 am and 10 am, and between 8 pm and 11 pm, people over the age of 14 can take walks and play sports. Respecting a meter of distance, those who go for a walk can do it alone or accompanied by a person. For their part, only individual sports, such as jogging or cycling, will be allowed.
For people over 70, between 10:00 and 12:00 and between 19:00 and 20:00, they can leave their residences keeping their distance and accompanied by a caregiver, if necessary. Children can take walks between 12 and 19 hours, always accompanied by a single caregiver.
Among the measures, those who go out to exercise are prohibited from taking private vehicles or public transport to get around. Remember that Spain is the fourth country with the highest number of deaths from covid-19, with 24,824 deaths (281 in the last 24 hours) and 3,648 new cases registered daily.
