This Wednesday the justice delivered the final decision regarding the bully case of the young law student, who at the end of August entered the apartment of his father, the lawyer Hernán Calderón Salinas, attacked him with a knife and then left the place.
The concrete: Nano must serve his sentence on probation for a series of crimes he committed recently.
All of this was possible after the Public Ministry and the defense of Calderón Jr. reached a judicial agreement that would allow an alternative solution to the case, in which the accused accepted all the charges.
However, the road to this definition was quite long, tortuous and ended up completely dividing the media group.
Throughout this time there were accusations of alleged harassment by Calderón Salinas of his son’s girlfriend, controversial interviews with the women of the family and court decisions.
The cry of Raquel Argandoña
There is no doubt that the great defender of Calderón Argandoña was his mother, Raquel Argandoña, who was in charge of hiring the legal defense of her son, taking him to the El Cedro Psychiatric Clinic and being, in large part, his emotional support while he was serving preventive detention in Santiago 1 prison.
Already on August 20, when he went to see his offspring in El Cedro, Argandoña broke down before the media. At that time the opinionologist maintained that the Gendarmerie was not treating the man, at that time, accused of frustrated patricide.

In this way, the 23-year-old man went from being a defendant for frustrated patricide to being accused of serious injuries in the context of domestic violence, a situation for which he was finally convicted last Wednesday.
Undoubtedly, this decision made by the lawyer had a deep impact on the influencer, who also ended up distancing herself from him and parting ways, just as she had done with her mother last August.
Without going any further, in interviews given to LUN and Velvet last November, the future lawyer argued that her mother “had hurt her” and that with her father “they had not spoken for months.”
“He was overwhelmed with the situation. She was suffering a lot from having her son deprived of liberty. In the end, the feeling both mine and my sister Francisca’s is that the only thing that started to matter to him was that. Feelings overshadowed reason a bit ”, held about his parent.

Be that as it may, the judicial panorama for Nano Calderón began to change since last October 26, when the court authorized him to be transferred to a psychiatric clinic to comply with his precautionary measures, thus leaving Santiago 1.
At that time, it was already known that the Public Ministry and the defense of the law student would seek an alternative solution to the case, even more so considering Calderón Salinas’ decision to modify the crimes attributed to his son.
The resolution was released this Wednesday in a ruling that apparently left Calderón Argandoña quite satisfied, who was seen celebrating with a barbecue accompanied by his girlfriend and a party with friends, in full pandemic.
The truth is that the young man was convicted of the crimes of unconditional threats, less serious injuries in the context of domestic violence and serious injuries. The sentence must be carried out on probation.
To that were added penalties such as the prohibition to approach his father, the payment of a fine of 51,000 pesos for damage to the lawyer’s property and to continue his therapy with a psychiatrist.
The public reactions to this fact were immediate and, at least in social networks, many people They criticized that Nano had an alternative exit, even more so considering the seriousness of the events he committed months ago.
