The 43 communes will remain in quarantine after the changes announced by the Government

In total, there will be eight areas that will begin a mandatory confinement starting next Saturday, October 3, at 05:00. Meanwhile, the entire Metropolitan region is in Transition or Preparation.

This Wednesday, Ministry of Health gave a new balance of the pandemic in the country, announcing changes in the state of the communes after which there will be 44 areas under total confinement.

In that sense, Undersecretary for Crime Prevention, Katherine Martorell, reported that as of next Saturday, October 3, at 05:00, the communes of Coihueco, Loncoche, Carahue, Puerto Saavedra, Osorno, Frutillar, San Juan de la Costa and Río Negro they will start a mandatory quarantine, due to the increase in coronavirus infections.
