The Superintendent of Health Patricio Fernández, recalled that through Circular No. 344 of December 2019, “the annual return of these monies to their owners, who are the contributors of the Isapres system, was established. Regarding the former affiliates and affiliates of former Másvida, the Superintendency of Health is awaiting the ruling of the Court of Appeals so that the process of paying surpluses to more than 200 thousand people can be carried out.
