The 18 teams that are members of the First Division of Chilean professional soccer, qualified to do so in accordance with current regulations, may participate in the Championship.

Classification to international cups
The clubs that finish the tournament in the first three positions will access the Copa Conmebol Libertadores 2021.
The clubs that finish from fourth to eighth place will qualify for the Copa Sudamericana 2021.
