In statements to Radio Biobío, Labra recalled that for these dates, Seremi added 100 additional inspectors, reaching 400 inspectors in the field.
In this regard, and specifically on the power of inspectors to enter a home, he recalled that “the inspectors of the health authority can do so because the Health Code, which is the rule that governs them, gives them the powers to do this”, which they will do “in conjunction with the Carabineros or the PDI.”

It also indicated that the inspectors “will always carry their institutional credential with their name on it, and this has a special characteristic, which is behind the signature of the head of Human Resources of the Seremi de Salud.
