The health authorities announced a special permit to hold small family parties, of up to 10 people in closed spaces, for the holiday of September 18 and 19.

The measure, as explained by the authorities, was taken due to the great significance that this celebration has for citizens. Although in any case the ban on travel from one region to another will be maintained and the night curfew will be brought forward by two hours.

In this regard, seremi Diaz He acknowledged that “of course it is contradictory, (but) we must understand that our citizens were going to celebrate the National Holidays”.

Along these lines, he defended the proposed plan, ensuring that it seeks to provide a safe framework for the holiday.
