It is worth mentioning that the voting of the projects will begin at 3:00 p.m. this Tuesday in the aforementioned commission.

Second withdrawal: What will be voted on this Tuesday?

During the session of the Constitutional Commission of the Chamber of Deputies and Deputies, the following projects will be voted on:

  • Consolidated project that modifies the Fundamental Charter to establish and regulate an exceptional mechanism for retirement of pension funds.
  • Consolidated project that modifies the Fundamental Charter to allow the exceptional withdrawal of funds accumulated in insurance companies, under the modality of life annuities.
  • Recast project “Modifies the Fundamental Charter to empower the Family Judge to authorize the withdrawal of pension funds from the defaulting obligor, by the alimony or his legal representative as an unofficial agent”.
