A brutal find was made by police from the 3rd Algarrobo Police Station in the Quebrada Las Petras sector.
They found a cabin in which there were bones of different sizes, as well as skulls, but it is not yet determined if they are human or replicas.
However, what caught the attention were the satanic books with which they would have performed plaster rituals and images of “San La Muerte”, a kind of pagan saint revered to do evil or ask for benefits.
The head of the Homicide Brigade (BH) of the PDI San Antonio (PDI), Robinson Alarcón, told the newspaper The leader of San Antonio that they are gathering the background to identify the subjects who carried these remains to the improvised temple.

Regarding the discovery in the mentioned cabin, the parish priest of San Antonio, Vicente Véliz, indicated that “the images found in the place are clear evidence of the cult of death. This is a deeply rooted belief in Mexico and Guatemala. They have an esoteric and ritualistic character without it meaning to have a holocaust or sacrifice, especially of animals ”.
Who is San La Muerte?
He is a Popular Saint or venerated entity in Latin America, but not canonized by the Catholic Church.
His image consists of a skeleton covered by a black robe and, in his right hand, he holds a tin scythe that indicates equality before God and that “his hour” will come to each one.
The bearers of the amulet of San La Muerte believe that they are invulnerable to curses and misfortunes and that the amulet attracts love and good fortune, the popular belief is based on asking the Saint to pray and in exchange make him an offering. Usual offerings are candy, whiskey, cigarettes, or flowers.
