OS-9 officials from Carabinieri they arrested a 30 year old man syndicated as a suspected serial killer: responsible for at least six homicides consummate and two attempted murders registered in the last week in Santiago Center.
The subject was arrested at his home after a raid. Have background for various crimes and evidence syndicate him as the author of the double homicide that occurred on Sunday in the Meiggs neighborhood.

The subject was doing sequences of walks in certain sectors that were identical between last week and this week, Contreras said, noting that the weapon used contained “a double-edged point.”

After learning of the arrest, the Government committed a criminal complaint and the Minister of the Interior, Rodrigo Delgado, indicated that this situation “will always be a cause of great sadness the death of a person, of any person, but when we are also in the presence of a murder of such horrible characteristics (…) of course it does not cease to dismay us“.
This Tuesday will be the control of detention and formalization hearing of the subject.
