Lawyers of the Public Criminal Defense presented a request to the constitutional Court (TC) to nullify the future formalization against the Secretary of the Senate, Raul Guzman.
Guzmán, a former Metropolitano Sur regional prosecutor, is under investigation after attending the restaurant “Loyola” of San Miguel in the middle of the quarantine that affected the commune.
