This November 27, the prosecutor will be formalized in the Seventh Guarantee Court of Santiago Tufit Bufadel, after being accused of sexual abuse.
The complaint was made in August 2019, when a woman accused that Bufadel tried to touch her and give her kisses inside the cafeteria of the Justice Center where she worked.
More precisely, the events occurred on August 13, when Daniela Camus Toledo would have been approached by Bufadel at the “Café del Valle” cafeteria.
As Camus stated in a complaint filed in this case, the persecutor I would have asked you to wear optical glasses, to which the young woman refused. The defendant insisted, stating that it would be a “fantasy” to see her with them, to which the complainant asked him to leave her alone.
After that, Bufadel would have crossed the inn to approach the woman. “At that moment I clearly felt her intimate parts on my hips, my immediate reaction being to throw myself back to try to push her, an instance that I received a kiss from Mr. Bufadel on the right side of my face,” the woman declared.
Joanna Heskia, a plaintiff lawyer, pointed out that the decision to formalize was made after a professional investigation and they are confident because the system works properly.
The case is investigated by the Valparaíso Prosecutor’s Office.
