The High Complexity Prosecutor’s Office in La Araucanía coordinated the proceedings with the Antinarcotics Brigade and Against Organized Crime (Brianco) from the PDI in Angol, which made it possible to carry out the arrest of the community member while he was treating some wounds in the port of Bío Bío.
In this context, during this Tuesday the individual was formalized in the Collipulli Guarantee Court for the crimes of attempted homicide, illegal possession of a firearm and unjustified shooting.
Based on the arguments presented by the Public ministry, the guarantee judge decided to order the preventive detention of Quelentaro Figueroa. In parallel, the court set an investigation period of three months.
