President Servel estimates that the 2020 Plebiscite participation will be the highest in the last 8 years | National

“We have never before seen a participation process like the one we are seeing. Obviously it will be the highest participation since 2012 when the voluntary vote was established “, said the president of Servel in conversation with Radio Universo.

Along these lines, he noted: “I get the impression that we are going to surpass the highest vote we have had in the last eight years, which was the one that elected President Piñera with 49.2%.”
