President Piñera attends mass in honor of the Carabinero murdered in La Araucanía

President Sebastián Piñera arrived this morning at the School of Non-commissioned Officers of the Carabineros in Macul, to participate in a funeral mass in homage to Corporal Eugenio Nain Caniumil, who was assassinated last Friday in La Araucanía.

The President arrived around 10:00 am accompanied by the Minister of the Interior, Víctor Pérez, and the First Lady, Cecilia Morel, according to La Tercera.

In parallel, two other masses are held in tribute to the deceased policeman, the main one at the Temuco Police Training School, where the general director of the institution, Mario Rozas, is.
